Fantastic restaurant that truly deserves a 5/5 stars rating. The food was brilliant, showcasing a delightful array of flavours. What stood out the most was the extensive menu, offering plenty of options to cater to every palate. Very friendly staff, thank you to Shaheen for the service.

We visited Settle Spice as a family on a sunny Saturday afternoon, and from the moment we stepped through the door we knew we were in for a treat. The menu offered an impressive variety of authentic Indian dishes, each bursting with flavour yet perfectly balanced—not overly spicy, but with just the right kick. The portions were generous, the ingredients fresh, and the prices very reasonable, especially for a family meal out. The staff at Settle Spice went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From recommending dishes tailored to our tastes to checking in on us throughout the meal, they were friendly, attentive and genuinely enthusiastic about the food they were serving. Our children, who can be picky eaters, declared the chicken korma “the best ever,” and my partner couldn’t stop raving about the lamb rogan josh. If you’re planning a trip to this delightful corner of North Yorkshire, do yourself a favour and book a table at Settle Spice. Great food, fantastic value and superb service—it’s a winning combination that we’ll be recommending to everyone we know!

I can safely say my wife and myself are Curry veterans with over 50 years experience. If we have had a better Indian meal than this I can’t remember when, yes it was that good and reasonably priced, also staff were spot on. If you go remember no alcohol sold on premises but Co op virtually next door. Thanks Paul and Belinda hope to see you soon

I ordered a meal here for collection this week and it was incredible! I never actually order food/takeaway but was feeling for some Indian food and I was not disappointed! I received lovely and polite service over the phone and was greeted warmly when I went to pick up the meal. The portions were huge, chapatis were fresh and the vegetable dishes flavourful. Definitely going back soon.

Great curry with friends! Lovely menu with all the old classics but plenty of new dishes to try! We enjoyed poppadoms and several starters to share then 4 dishes with naans and rice. Excellent food, portion sizes were spot on and the staff friendly and helpful! Loved it!

We walked in and was greeted by a very friendly waiter, we started with Poppadoms and pickle tray which was very nice, starters were good (onion bhaji & sheek kebab) Curry's and naans were also very good (Chicken balti & Royal Khali) the Khali is a selection of curries with rice, highly recommended, even though the restaurant was packed we were served very quickly and all in all it was excellent, 45 for the meal & 10 for drinks (all bought from the co-op) Highly recommend 5*

A fantastic meal at the restaurant. All in our party of 4 had a great meal. Busy & good atmosphere on Christmas Eve. I have had takeaways previously but this was my first in restaurant meal. Now called "Settle Spice" & take your alcohol. Recommended.
